My advice: View women and men as exactly the same; as shit, until they prove that you can trust them. Fuck there whinging, man or women, fuck em. By accepting that no ones born entitled to anything you'll feel the weight of burden that is not offending anyone lift off your shoulders.
Second: of all m800 learn to talk, start with word and situation association. that way you can talk fluently about anything, even if it's all bullshit, you can talk and be funny because people aren't looking for a conversation most of the time, they're looking for a distraction. Thirdly: be extremely wary of people Who Only want to hear there opinion reflected back at them, even of you think they're right. These people are scum, they have no personal Accomplishments and thrive off of people constantly validating their existence by repeating their opinions, of you don't play ball they'll come down on you like a ton of pricks.
Forth: Sad to say but your past your prime, 40? you need to get in shape and if you don't got hair, plug it.
