I was fired

Correct. I have a hard time falling asleep. When I close my eyes at around 3am I have a problem of checking the time on my phone. By the time 5:30 comes around. I haven't got any sleep. So I set my alarm clock one hour forward for 6:30 to try to fall asleep but most of the time I still can't fall asleep. So when 6:30 comes I just decide to wake up. I get off work at 4pm or earlier. So I can take naps when I get home.

When I was in highschool I use to set my alarm every hour. I would go to bed at around 12am. And set my alarm for 1am. After I woke up I would set it to 2am and keep doing that until it was 5am.

As a matter of fact. My alarms didn't wake up a single time this week because I couldn't fall asleep so I just shut them off. It was only last night that I went to bed "early" at 11pm and set one alarm instead of the regular 3 that I was late to work.

I think my problem is my bad sleep schedule. Instead of going to bed at 8 to 10pm like a normal person. I go to bed when I get home from work. Most of the time though, I just decide to stay up until 3am and to try to fall asleep.
