Oh man, I have the perfect story for this thread if I'm not too late to the party.
About a year ago, I got heavily involved with this little Faction PVP server on Minecraft. Normally I hate Faction PVP, because it's the same shit and the OP items ruin the game in my opinion, but I decided to troll around a little bit and see what I could do.
I ended up having several small feuds with a few people on the server and raided a few of them too, but my biggest problem was the server admin, D0M_2001. He was some kid from Australia running this server, and I would always badger him about being a mod. I thought it was funny at the time, but I was just a bored college kid looking to stir up trouble on Minecraft, so I didn't give a shit. Eventually, I became a mod by high demand among the users on the server, and I had some fun with it, but I didn't like D0M's attitude, so I continued pushing his buttons. Eventually I got banned.
The story should end there, but I wanted to pull off the big one: the event that would ultimately be the demise of D0M.
I got one of the admins to team up with me and help me take down his server. He game me the information to his IP address for the hosting server, and I went on and deleted everything. Worlds, backups, EVERYTHING was gone because of me. I recorded the entire incident and put it on YouTube unlisted. I got on Skype and sent him a link to the video.
He was pissed off. As a matter of fact, he was so pissed off that he quit playing Minecraft permanently. He hasn't logged on since the incident. In retrospect, I feel like a huge asshat for crushing some 12 year old's good time, and I regret it very much, so D0M_2001, if you're reading this all the way from Australia, I want you to know I'm sorry I ruined your Minecraft life. I just took trolling too far.
To be fair, I haven't played Minecraft since either, just because it made me realize I can be a real asshole.
TL;DR - Deleted some kid's Minecraft server, made him quit gaming.
