First of many for our boy pete

Sokratis saying "the fun is back", David Luiz saying "no, this is for the team", Torreira playing like a man possessed, Lacazette changed his attitude, Kolasinac and Pepe both playing through injuries. Incredible.

The main concern we had with Arteta is that his inexperience would make it unlikely the players would buy into his philosophy.

He must have been as surprised as the rest of us with how committed the team is to his ideals, coming into a squad low on confidence and ideas.

They must have really been desperate to get rid of Emery, with how revitalised they look under Arteta.

Don't get me wrong I'm sure he's a great coach, but he can't have done more than introduce some basic principles. This is what a fully committed team looks like. I feel like we haven't seen this in 3 years.
