First time PC builder with cash to blow

The FX-8350 and that motherboard are not compatible...how did you even get it past PCPartPicker's filters?

Either ways, get an i5-6600k if you want to overclock. Don't spend over $200 on the motherboard, my recommendation would be an ASUS Z170-A.

For the RAM, just grab the cheapest 8 GB 1600Mhz+ set you can get unless you need color-matching. Should be around $30.

That SSD is way overpriced. Grab a Samsung EVO 850.

That case is awesome but seriously pricy. If you are on a budget and want future proofing, I would save and spend it on something that actually affect performance.

Raidmax power supplies are bad.

The case doesn't have a drive bay. Most people won't need a CD drive anyways.
