Five Nights at Freddy's 3: Hallucinating - PART 2 - Steam Train

It's satisfying to watch them figure out the mechanics of luring Spring Trap away. It took other LPers quite a few attempts to get it.

On the off chance that the grumps read this and are still playing. (I doubt it, but it's worth a shot.) Doing specific things is what causes the errors and hallucinations to appear.

Looking at the cameras too long triggers the video error and balloon boy. Foxy will also appear if you look at the cameras too long.

Using the audio button too many times breaks the audio. Mangle also has a chance of appearing (she is the thing that appears staring into the window in the darkness) and will also break the audio by playing her usual static noise from FNAF2. (In the game files it's called "Mangle's scream.")

The ventilation just goes out when it goes out. You can hear it start going when that higher pitched noise happens in the background. The ventilation going out causes the hallucinations to happen much more often.

Other animatronics appear as hallucinations but I'll just leave them to be discovered as a surprise.

The only real threat in the game is Spring Trap (the golden bunny) and it gets increasingly difficult to lure him away as nights go on.

And to everyone complaining about FNAF3 even existing - believe it or not this trilogy had a story behind it. FNAF3 is the ending to that story. At this point I don't think there are going to be any more FNAF games. If you're interested in knowing what the full story behind the games was, here is a link to a pretty coherent explanation of all 3 games:

It's not just a jumpscare simulator game and the final game's story is a little dark. There's also some fairly graphic images circulating of what is under Spring Trap's mask...the images have a chance of showing up when you boot the game and Markiplier featured them on his playthru.

I get that people want to hate on this series because they think these sequels shouldn't have been made, but for those of us who were fans it is very satisfying to see how the game came to a close. Sure, Scott could have dragged the development time out so as not to release the games in such rapid succession - but they're small indie games and he has a big fanbase with a short attention span so he had to strike while the iron was hot. I don't blame it at all.

As for the grumps, thanks for playing all 3 of the games. It's always a blast to watch.
