IMHO, Ronda still hadn’t found her way even by her last match at Mania with Becky and Charlotte. Ronda was hands down the most athletic woman on the roster (obviously), which allowed her to do some amazing spots. But that just makes her a good spot monkey. She had zero ring awareness, had sloppy transitions between spots, and let’s not even mention the promo skills.

I’ll give credit where it’s due, and say that Ronda came very far for not having spent any time in developmental. But if you can honestly look at her stay at WWE and say that there isn’t major, MAJOR room for improvement, then we’re just going to have to agree to disagree.
