Frontier Communications - Seattle, WA Web Developer (February 2015 – December 2015)

● Develop the software to provision and bill newly offered TiVo services, which has just been released (http://frontierfreedomtv.com/).
● Major redesign and refactoring of flagship internal web application that is used to sell mainstream television (cable), internet, and phone services using the Microsoft Stack. ● Refactor the applications to bring in the millions of Verizon customers purchased by Frontier in February of 2015.
● Design and program the ESB systems that integrate several different environments (Windows, UNIX, etc.), programs, and databases (SQL Server, Informix, etc.) into one unified system under the flagship application. ● Write applications to automate the provisioning and billing of TV, internet, and phone services to customers.
● Critical bug fixes in a production environment during emergencies.
● Refactor system to fix errors in dropship and return orders, and to integrate TiVo and Video Access Points into the billed/provisioned television services.

● Repair broken internal web application after a botched upgrade from Windows Server 2003 to Windows Server 2008 R2. ● Rewrite the reporting engine to work with Crystal Reports 2011, and convert it to SSRS. ● Vast changes to the scheduling application which allow factory and warehouse maintenance to be scheduled much more effectively.
