Thanks for the edits and updates. I will also state, I am a former client of Questtrade and 3 years ago I was watching CLF and had 6500 in a intraday position. My buddy next to me was trading the same company but using TD's Think or swim. The price action was different from my chart to his. Questtrade's price action was dipping & triggered my stops 3 different times.. He wasn't using stops and just had an exit order ready to submit. his price action didn't dip like mine did. I took 850 in losses that day and withdrew my capital and shut down the account the next day. The staff treated me like I was lying and making it up and were ignorant about it. The woman I spoke to was an absolute nightmare. They ended up charging me for my next months data fees even though I quit before the month began. I have a deep hate for QT...
