From big to small, what are some good pranks that you have been able to pull off in the past?

My kid broke a neighbor kid's $30 toy. We made him pay for it with his allowance (less than $5 a week if he actually did all his chores). It took him almost a year to pay it off. The week before April Fool's Day. My (most awesome of all time neighbor) helped set up the prank. When my kid was over he brought out a vase, said it was really expensive, like $500, but needed to "cure" in the back yard. Next day took him out to play catch and "accidentally" threw the ball over the fence, which he heard break the vase. Then I yelled at him for not paying attention to catching the ball and said he would have to repay the neighbors for the vase. He cried, my neighbor and I had a hard time not cracking up, but made it almost 5 minutes.
