Fulfillment?

You can't improve the lives of those who look to others to improve their lives. Even the idea of someone who can't improve their own life presuming to help others is absurd.

If you want to "help", buy handmade items from the people who make them - live fearlessly and let reality do the "arranging" of things so that others can see, not only that they don't need help but that reality owns it all, including whatever one might believe others are somehow withholding from them.

Let people see an awesome life that isn't obsessed with things or avoidance or money or other people's opinions. Live openly and free and stop looking for credit. Let the awesome life you live be your legacy.

Improvement comes from inspiration, not charity - from a clear mind, not a worried one - and that's not something you can consciously give someone. If they're ready for some, it will come to them through their own perception of reality. Not through the self-righteous intentions of someone who thinks they're defective.
