G2A has flaw in their system pointed out to them, promptly "bans" user.

Just want to make people aware of an actual issue for genuine sellers, some buyers will claim that their game got revoked or did not work and despite the seller providing proof of purchases G2A and the terrible support will still find the case in favour of the buyer.

One example I heard of from someone I know on steam was he sold a steam gift counter strike source + garrys mod pack to someone who then claimed to g2a the game got revoked.....

Now this is a steam gift that was removed from steam in 2014 so you were not able to buy it since then, so this is a 2+ year old gift that the buyer claimed got revoked.

They should really start educating their support staff a bit more, I heard of another case where the seller sold someone a black ops 3 gift that he himself had purchsed on steam and the buyer claimed it got revoked, from what I gather the buyer sent g2a a screenshot showing the game was expired in their steam library, now this game was bought legitly, what the buyer sent g2a was a screenshot of a steam account that had downloaded black ops 3 during a free to play weekend and obviously it would show licence expired after the free weekend ended.

I just want to say that there are genuine sellers on g2a that get treated like shit by their terrible support.
