hey! I was at your position pretty recently, nearly 3 months in, and I just started autoing gb10 since the last frr and just started manualing db10 since I awakened baretta from the fire dungeon this week. For gb9, I'd recomment just picking a friend with a decent water/fire rep, and just try to brute force through it/even using a crystal revive. Since the majority of your mons are going to be wind for gb10 it is going to be a pain if you actualy try to build your own mons for gb9

Right now, my gb10 runs are 5 minutes (I believe it was around 6:30 right after frr) using Vero (L), Bella, Shannon, Bernard, Michelle (Vero is the only 6*). I would recommend using the same team, or, since you have briand, replace michelle with him since right now the only reason that I would fail my runs is because bernard sometimes refuses to use skill 2 for 2-3 turns that the giant takes. Especially for manualing, having a reviver really lowers the rune reqs for giants.

For dragons, I would strongly recomment fusing Baretta, as he is important in ToA as well My current team for db10 is Baretta (L), Vero, Kona, Bella, Megan (again, only vero is 6*) going for L>R>Boss. Note that after farming giants/baretta speed lead, my vero is basically enough to solo cleanse, and the only reason why I have kona is for the heals, so ahmen could be a replacement in your case, especially if you have decent runes on him. To be honest, I feel that when manualing, the db10 requirements are relatively esy to meet once you start gb10 runs. As long as baretta/Vero keeps most of the crystals stunned on the trash waves the dots will pick them off one by one.

For both dungeons, you would want your units that apply debuffs to have 45 accuract (vero, shannon, bernard, bella for giants and vero, bella, baretta and megan for dragons)

And for your monster, I'd say 6* bella next. Shannon can stay 5* as long as your runes are good enough since you arn't really going to be using her outside of giants.
