German immigrants afraid after Cape Breton man handed extortion, weapons charges

They are recruiting people with certain viewpoints for sure. Most will ironically say they feel Germany is too open to immigration, that there are too many laws and they are too restrictive. Many have stated to me that they come here for the "freedom" but many also bristle at our gun laws as an example. There seems to be an overwhelming majority who feel the economic system in Europe is about to collapse. Recruiters like Eckhardt prey on these beliefs and show little rural Cape Breton as a place time has forgotten...which they are not completely wrong on. The people if the area are also very closed off to new people yet willing to take their money so they mostly get left alone as long as they are hiring local. Unless they fuck with someone local or make the news in a negative light.

I'm confident that these guys are even behind many of the visa overstay deportations that happen regularly in the area with German and Austrian nationals. They first tell them to come on a visitors visa and apply for citizenship after they arrive. I'd bet they are reporting to the CBSA anonymous tip line those who overstay their temporary visas after they purchase property from them assuring a continual turnover of properties. It's fucking brilliant if it's true but so so wrong and likely illegal. I have no proof of this but it truly is my belief.

Eckhardt doesn't even have a realtors liscence. He does all this private sale or through a local realtor he pays in cash (no banks for this guy. Cash only. Offshore almost guaranteed). Money talks here. Buisness' make money off these people and stay afloat because they are here spending enormous amounts on scam properties and markup goods and services. They won't say shit about it. It's a real scam on top of scam cluster fuck that revolves around money as usual. The side consequnce is that it also brings in a certain type of person to the area.
