Getting my hair cut at Great Clips tomorrow, need advice please

I’ve been trying to get this style done for the past few months. I’ve gotten pretty close and I’ve done a little digging. This is called an Ivy League, a more conservative type of military haircut, and it’s worn by Matt Damon in the Jason Bourne movies.

The lengths I’ve been getting have been #1 on the sides and back, a #8 on the top, and a longer length (around a #10) on the front. It matches the lengths of the Ivy League and it looks pretty close.

I don’t know if I should show a picture of this guy to my barber or should I just slightly alter the lengths? I feel like kind of a doofus if I was to walk in and just show him a picture of Matt Damon.

What do you guys think?
