I know undercuts / sleek looks are trendy right now but I really think a full-bodied messy look would suit you so much better. You have a small strawberry head shape, great for round curly poofy hair. (That's if your hair is naturally curly, I'm assuming it is from your edges) I always say when it comes to your best hairstyle your genes know best, barbers just need to give it shape.
I don't know how curly, or how big your curls are, but you can always add curl or tighten them with curling conditioners and curl friendly shampoos. Here are my hairstyle suggestions from lowest to highest volume.

If you ask me nothing looks better than nice shiny, well maintained mane of curls, than a forced crunchy slick-back of straightened locs.
But to answer your question, does it fit you? Yes, kinda, undercuts really capitalize on masculine features and broader head shapes. In your case it makes your head look very very feminine, especially when combined with your frames, and the fact that the haircut makes your forehead look larger than normal.
