To answer your question, I don't believe so. Neither Shepard nor the player is informed that this mind meld is reproductive in nature, and Shepard mind melds with Liara multiple times during ME1 without it being sexual, let alone reproductive. To say nothing of the gross consent issues that would arise in such a scenario.
