Is this a good workout split?

Bad routine bro. Don't listen to people telling you it's alright. You should be on a push/pull/legs split and try hit everything twice a week. If you can't do 6 days then an upper lower split like one guy mentioned will do. You're only hitting each body part once a week and it's not optimal for growth.

And no it's not too much volume. People have this misconception that if you do two sets too many you're gonna overtrain and your whole world will fall apart and ur diks gonna fall off. But no. Overtraining is a very rare thing, how else can athletes train 8 hours a day? You body will recover as long as nutrition and sleep are in order. So many dudes (especially 'natties') love training lazily and supbar and then saying 'I can't train more than this I'll overtrain' nah, they're sacrificing gains acting like their body is glass. And if you do feel overtrained? Take a fuckin day or two off and you'll be fine again. Your muscles won't fall off
