Great News

I upvoted you mate, just so ya know.

At the same time, police unions lobbied for all of those things at one point or another, and they knew they were unconstitutional.

And as for the beat cop... in a situation like that they have to look to what is their real duty as an American and the fact that protecting and upholding the Constitution is part of that duty, and outweighs pettier concerns like being popular at work or being able to get GIBS off of hardworking Americans at gunpoint.

Cops have leeway not to engage in unconstitutional, illegal acts against Americans, and they don't bother.

And that's largely because the institution of policing has been corrupted into a modern, anti-American, anti-freedom, anti-Constitution gang by Bush and Obama. US police today do not do community policing. They exist to protect corporate globalist property, and to act as a militia for globalists (ever wonder why they need tanks, grenade launchers et al? That's why) for when they want to attack Americans.
