Purchasable refers to items that can be bought/exchanged in shops within the contents of the game that aren't from past events/packages/etc.
Weakass refers to equipments that have better counterparts in all aspects.
Notable refers to equipments that are best in one or multiple aspects [stat(s), element, effect, ability]
Limited are equipments that you can't reproduce easily; either because there are only one or two copies given in-game or because the event/bundle where it is available has already passed.
Starred equipments that are best among the Non-TM/Non-Premium/Non-Event equipments of that type.
