For the consumer I feel is bad. I feel things should remain the same for the consumer. However for businesses... they definitely should pay more. It’s unfair they pour millions of ads into ISP’s network, and they make billions of dollars in pure profit. Thus creating and utilizing a lot of resources of bandwidth of these ISP’s network with out any remorse. ISP should have the right to regulate, to help them make more profit, plus allowing them to ultimately possibly getting rid of ads all together from the internet. A lot of foreign telecom companies in EU or in Jamaica, have blocked ads from the internet, thus giving the consumer more pleasant experience browsing their data. If these tech companies want to pour ads into the network, then let them pay extra for that. Why should we let them make more money for free. While ISP’s and the consumer suffer on the browsing experience.
