Do you guys ever worry that our posts might spark harm towards fundies?

I think the 'beliefs' snark they don't care about unless it affects their sponsorships. They live for anything that can be twisted into 'persecution' and further their agenda.

On a moral and ethical level, as a non-religious person, the body shaming and mom shaming affects them as it does all of us vulnerable vet moms and new moms. Looks are easy low hanging fruit. I refuse to comment on mom shaming, baby looks or droopy diapers (anyone with a toddler and chased one all over the house to change that diaper knows that some days a kid is going to have a droopy diaper, i can give receipts lol).

I see a lot of body shaming when it comes to Bethany Baird and her body or hair loss post pregnancy. I am her body type, small head, 5'10" body. Post birth, it wasn't looking so good for me after my twins. I went from 114 lbs at 5'10' to losing all my baby weight but my new look makes me sad and unable to look in the mirror and I had twins vs. Beth who had one but it doesn't change that a body will look different after a baby. I think it's actually the one positive side of motherhood that she seems to embrace is her new look after giving birth. I get that millions of women have gone through this but each experience is unique and every person is different.

I see aging posts against fundie moms. I am the first to admit that my moisturizing filled skin care routine, a healthy diet and working out did not stop my face from aging several years post sleepless twin newborn infant months. And it does suck seeing shaming posts and makes me embarrassed and ashamed of what I look like now versus my self 4 years ago pre-babies.

We are supposed to be above shaming women for their bodies as feminists.

In the simplest way possible, like they do to us turn it around on them, hate the beliefs, love the believer. A lesson in compassion in some aspects sets us above them. I refuse to shame any women or man's body.
