2080ti or 3070: Ultra settings/raytracing Ultra/DLSS quality/4K at 50-60 fps

- I say this because I heard a guy that played got to try this game say it was at this setting and was playing at a solid 60fps but you must account that a demo might produce higher fps.

RTX2070super: Optimized High-Ultra Settings/1440p/Raytracing medium or high/DLSS quality at 60 fps.

-Did a comparison of the recommended spec for Witcher 3 and saw how much performance improvement is needed to is to play at 1440 ultra 60 fps( about 87% percent improvement) and took the recommended spec for cyberpunk and found a graphics card that has a 87% improvement to the 1060 6g and it happen to be the 2070 super.
