Hang or Extend- because I’m a dad, live in a house very little privacy and not alot of time. Which route should I go. What do you guys do to keep your PE private.

I have a Restorex. That’s all they recommend, and why I went in that direction.

I did gain .6 (3/5ths) in 3 months. I haven’t done a new measurement since then, but I do expect it slowed because I can usually get more clicks when I’ve experienced growth, but I’m going to hang with it for 6 months, and if I see anymore growth, I’d like to hang a year.

I have a compression hanger too (your brand actually). I don’t have anything against hanging, for me, I liked it 1000% more than a noose extender. Traction is traction in my opinion, but I do think your theory on progressive weight is a good point.

But I just have trouble finding time. I’m in my mid 30s, I’m an atty, have 3 little ones 6 and under, and a commute since I’m in the NE, and still in reserves. For me, it’s either accomplished in an hour in the early AM, or I just won’t get to it. Plus I wake up to run/lift. After I work out, I usually just chill on the couch and watch a little news or tv and drink some coffee since all is quiet and wear it. You kind of have to lie down when wearing. I’d love to consistently add hanging some day or do a hybrid routine to see how far I can go.
