You can certainly continue jelqing after that. Performed properly (like any other PE exercise), jelqing can have great benefit. However, “properly” is highly subjective because everyone’s body responds differently. If you want to continue jelqing and avoid future injury, start the routine less erect and with less pressure. Then, slowly increase your erection and pressure as your session progresses. Note, it’s highly likely your “spot” will take quite a while to disappear completely and will likely come back easier than the first time.

Another thing that has helped me avoid burst vessels seems to be supplementing with L-arginine. L-arginine is a nitric oxide precursor which helps dilate blood vessels and increase overall blood flow. I take 2,000mg twice daily. Now Adam is a good brand and you can find it cheap on Amazon.
