Is vac hanging a waste of time?

I used to hang years ago with the shopping bag method, returned recently and used the Malehanger, but it just wasn’t for me so I switched over to Vac hanging, currently using the Totalman as well. I’ve watched that video you speak of where Totalman says it’s not the best for length gains but I completely disagree. In fact, if all the methods of hanging I’ve tried. I feel like it’s the most effective, it has been for me at least based on feel alone as it’s too early to gauge results. I think Vac hanging has a huge advantage over compression hanging, mainly because you can hang for 1hr continuously without needing to take any breaks. 1hr of compression hanging is at least 1hr and 10 minutes when you include breaks alone and you’re not under constant tension. I believe with Vac hanging you can also get away with going lighter for weight simply due to the fact that you’ll be hanging as much as 1hr uninterrupted and stretched the whole time. The only negative so far for me to vacuum hanging is that I didn’t start sooner. Vac hanging is the only length exercise I’ll do going forward with PE.
