Hawaii Is Close to Shutting Down Tourism Marketing Agency

I work for a major marketing agency on Maui that owns one of the biggest tour companies in the whole state. My day-to-day job is to reimagine Hawaii tourism industry and do more with less.

It’s a dream job building on a decade of experience designing, marketing, coding combined with three years of training/working in high-end Hawaii tourism.

There is a LOT of room for innovation, I am currently piecing a lot of things together to build a better way of experiencing Hawaii that doesn’t destroy the environment and quality of life.

I honestly feel this is my life’s work and why these islands have been so warm and welcoming to me. I’m not white, from money, lack a college education, no relatives here. My whole time here has been a test of faith, grateful to be here still with enough mana to flip tables that need to be flipped.
