I can and have dieted, lost nearly a stone but then literally always put it all back on and more afterwards. I've never been able to keep it off.

I've been this heavy for about 5 years but have always had weight to loose and problems with food. I'm 35 now and have just steadily put more and more weight on since I was a skinny 18 year old.

I've had some problems with having a baby (ectopic pregnancy and miscarriage) which fucked me up. I want to try again but I don't want to while I am this physically unfit. (Am also seeking councelling)

NHS won't cover this op as I don't have any other serious health problems & if they did I'd probably need to wait a few years to qualify (I think they put you on a nurse managed diet & try all the other methods first). So it's privately funded, but the other Vit b injections and stuff will mostly be funded by NHS.
