help! only lost 1lb in 2+ months :(

Hi :) I just looked through your profile and saw a bunch of yummy food. Pretty pics! I’m pretty similar to your stats so hopefully I can provide some insight. I definitely don’t recommend eating less, but start counting calories to see where you are since you haven’t before. My BMR is 1300 so try to hit around there but not much less and incorporate more protein! You seem to have a lot of carbs so I think protein will help you to continue to lose the weight. I think weight lifting even if it’s only 20 mins in your workout will also help you gain muscle but lose fat and continue to burn calories throughout the day. I’m new to this as well so I may not be the best but I felt like commenting. I wish you lots of luck!
