In need of diet advice.

Sounds to me like you don't know what it's like to be in agonizing level-9 pain for hours on end several days out of the month with a constant background noise of migraines all month long which destroys your ability to work or really do anything so you go broke with a looming threat of homelessness hanging over your head. Maybe life has never gotten that bad for you but not everyone has your life. Thankfully, OMAD seems to have done away almost entirely with those symptoms. In theory, so far.

Also, so far as I understand it, all that matters is calories. Calories in, calories out. I've been hearing that for upwards of a decade. Are you suggesting that's not true? If so, do you have any science to back that claim up?
