But the Ooze only gets the counters after the devourer's ability resolves, right?
Let's say i have the combo assembled, my opponent has 20 life.
I reveal the top card, it's a 10cmc card. Do i want to pass priority here so, if my opponent has no answer, it resolves?
Let's say it resolves, Ooze now has 10 counters. Triskelion's ability's cost is removing a counter. I cast the ability 10 times, removing 10 counters. There are 10 'pings' on the stack. I pass priority because i want to them resolve. In response, my opponent casts Murder on my Ooze.
Now is where i'm having trouble understanding. In response to the Murder, i cast devourer ability and reveal another 10 cmc card. It's on the stack.
What do i do now? Ooze has no counters on it, if i let the stack resolve the Murder will kill my Ooze. I can't cast anymore Triskelion 'pings' because there are no counters on the Ooze right now. I can keep casting devourer's ability, but how do i cast Triskelion's since there are no counters on the Ooze? If i understand the stack properly, i can not let 1 devourer ability resolve and cast Triskelion's while stuff is still on the stack, right?
In my example, the stack is now:
Can i let Devourer's resolve and cast Triskelion's again before the Murder resolves?
