Help with a Thanksgiving dinner dish?

If you want to blow them away try this.

3 zucchini 3 yellow squash

Slice those into circles that are approx 1/4"

Lay them in a pan then top with one red onion you slice the same way.

On top of that slice two tomatoes the same way.

Top with whole fresh asparagus.

Lightly drizzle with olive oil and basalmic vinegar, add adobo, garlic powder and onion powder lightly. Cook on 425 until you see the top veggies Browning (not burning) then mix it together and cook until the squash and zucchini are tender but not mushy. If possible test it first on a smaller scale. This is my dish that people LOVE and day it's amazing. I call it roasted veggies.
