My washer broke last week. My SO bought me a brand new samsung washer and dryer set for our household because he got fed up with fixing the ones I kept buying on Facebook marketplace but while waiting for them to be delivered we had to use the local laundry mat. I've had to use it before and it always makes me sick spending 30 dollars on a couple loads of laundry. Well the new set I bought has an app I can download that tells me what was spent on doing the laundry for the day. It costed my household in total about 5 dollars to wash all of our laundry in the new set. My brother made a comment about how grateful he was my SO did this for us because it hurts him putting 7 dollars in the washer alone for one load the laundry mat. I told him what it costed for the day and he commented about how criminal it is that they charge that much for outdated machines. I'm incredibly lucky one of us could do this for the house.
