Simple advice. Time heals.

Life goes on. You will eventually get over it. Just don't do anything irrational that might ruin your life.

It's a very weird concept, and it's very difficult to understand when you're in the moment. But as someone who went through tough mental struggles because of circumstances, I would say time really heals.

I was told time heals 10 years ago, and I didn't believe when I heard it. 10 years later, I can say it really does.

In the meantime, do whatever you can to distract yourself from pain. Going to gym or do sports, listen to sad music, do all kinds of activities that would distract your mind.

If staying friends with them would be difficult for you, time to find new friends. Otherwise, just keep living normally and you'll slowly recover. Good luck.
