High volume + Satiating breads?

You gotta find the balance between the two

Diet bread, low calorie wraps or sandwich(healthy life),is nice when you're on a cut but I always end up eating more. The carbs found in bread get an overly bad wrap, but bread is an excellent source of dietary fiber and other slow digesting carbs.

I always recommend people to find a sandwich bread they really like, something in the middle. If you're already concerned about eating healthy chances are you're getting a decent amount of fiber already and don't need the 12 grain sprouted oat bread. My favorite bread of all time is the cottage bread by Good Hearth. A close second is every other variety made by good Hearth or village hearth(they're the same company).
