[Homemade] Made Maine lobster mac 'n' cheese on Christmas. Expensive, but worth the taste of home!

As someone who grew up on the North Shore of MA and relocated to Maine 10 years ago, please for gods sake leave this wonderful state. You clearly haven't made any effort to experience what Maine has to offer - I cruise around the inlets of mid coast chasing stripers and hanging out in the crisp ocean air with good, real salt of the earth people; grab some of the best steamers youve ever had in your life at five islands lobster co; cruise on the bike down twisty back roads lined with spruce trees; explore hidden swimming holes; hunt serene inlets for ducks in the fall. Sure winter is tough here, but thats what keeps the flat landers from moving here...it's a sacrifice you make to live here. I didn't even touch on Portland: excellent culinary/craft beer/distilling/art/crafting culture that breeds that "made right here at home" mindset. Everyone seems out to support their neighbor and the local business.I don't even know where to stop. I live in the midcoast area and its been amazing to see what Brunswick is becoming. My job takes me all over this state and every part of it has something to offer.

I had to put this out there so people don't get the wrong idea...but then again, sure go ahead and think that way. Spread the word. Stay the fuck out. Massachusetts is a cesspool and it sickens me to even drive through that infested state, and I grew up there. Anyone who thinks Maine is redneck or backwoods has no idea what Maine is all about.
