Horizon on PC Windows 8.1 ? / PS5 ?

I have 10 on laptop and most even 4-5 year old game has issues (not even want to talk about older titles), not want to start, or is lagging/black screen etc.., while on 8 everything works perfectly... and literally everyone I know who has 10 no one even once praised it, so even have issue opening PC every day open to black screen so friend keep PC open for last year non stop XDD so hard to have positive opinion about it :/ Like win 10 updates do any good, every update crash sth, like last one that messed up sounds and other stuffs in PC (many articles and forum posts about people complains) , I mean how they can say it is superior system when their updates literally always break sth inside and they have to release another update to 'kinda fix it'... I may wait for their last one version to upgrade, for now I am not in a hurry to upgrade I really doubt it any cool features would be good with my graphic card anyway (since it need upgrading first, so whatever, gonna first invest in console).. and This is my sad experience, I know some people didn't have many issues, which make win 10 even more unpredictable in my book, why it is good or bad for so many people, shouldn't most people have similar experience? oh well, if it works for you I am happy for me so far not so good XD
