I agree with what you are saying, but, I sell on TCG Player and ALL OF MY cards listed as Nm are exactly that - it really does stink to have that bias placed on us as sellers, but, I do keep hearing all of these horror stories of people getting anything but Nm cards when ordering - I buy collections/lots and don't do packs/sealed products for the last couple years and I HIGHLY scrutinize the conditions of the cards BEFORE I will even consider an offer to them - it's worked out quite well - I did get an Ajani foil something or other and it has 2 really weird indentations ( circular ) on an otherwise beautiful card and seller was cool enough to work with me on that one
