My gov class did so bad on a test that the teacher had to put our grades in out of 50 points instead of out of 100. 50 was apparently the highest score. I got a 50. I guess that means I technically failed, but I feel good about it anyway.

I've been taking horseback riding lessons once a week for ~5 years. The past few weeks I've been riding this new horse. She's not crazy or anything, and she listens to me most of the time, but she is not a lesson pony like I'm used to. Even with some of the more "difficult" lesson horses I've always felt confident and in control. For the first time, I don't feel 100% in control and jumping her makes me slightly nervous. I like the horse though, and I'm happy to take the challenge. It's going to make me a better rider.
