a few others and I have made posts before, woody already uses window capture and like shown in this.. he just doesn't crop the boxes all the way which is slightly frustrating, but ok

I don't think he has a spot cut where his cam goes in the png on the overlay which would make them all even

really all he has to do is once each call goes and everyone is jumbled in different spots is move them with edit scene, assuming he regions with skype maximized or does change the size of the window (which he likes to do based on what he has said)

also have the 2x2 scene setup so one for 3 people and one for 4 so when skype moves the people around, but once again a much more in depth video would need to be made to fully show it

tbh this video isn't quite the issue, but this would be step 1 of 4

1: So window captures don't have to be redone every different show, Woody will have to use skype during the show with the double box in the top right (he likes to readjust the sizes of the window throughout the week, so just use the double box so thats the one always consistent size)

2 window cap on 1 scene for 3 people, and a different scene for 4 (just the positions skype has for a call of 3/4

3 show ot show when hosts change spots in skype, just before the show edit scene and drag everyone to their spots

4 if someone drops just switch over to 3 scene setup (which will just need the quick edit scene before the show like the other scene)

Bonus: for every square to be even for the hosts precut squares (all even and across from each other etc) on png image (i think is already done), put the people under the square, but let the overlay cover the slight edges so no blue
