Kyle has the brain of a child

Thanks for the insightful and reasonable reply.

I think every death in this war is an utter tragedy. From Ukranian infantry, to Ukranian civilians, to Russian infantry, to Russian civilians. Not exactly a controversial position but foundationally I am an extremely anti-war individual, and that's very core to my beliefs.

However, I don't think this is a question of Ukraine's sovereignty, because Ukraine's has been compromised for years now after Euromaidan/'The Revolution of Dignity'. I guess that would be my first question, would you acknowledge that the CIA and therefore NATO had a hand in ousting Yanukovych in favour of a more pro-west candidate? This is already an explicit violation of Ukraine's sovereignty.

My second question would be, would you agree that there have been slaughters of thousands of ethnic Russians taking placing in the Donbas since 2014? This to me, like the massacre of Ukranian children, is indefensible, and absolutely justifies a response. If you care about sovereignty (I do too), should you not defend the ethnic Russians' in the Donbas' right to self-determine? Most of them, statistically, want to be a part of Russia and identify with Russia.

I have a few more things I could say/ask, but I'm interested to here your thoughts on this:

Just so you don't think I'm engaging in conspiracy bait or anything, this is the "Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine's" official Twitter account. Not to get too deep into the neo-nazi stuff because I know they are murky waters, but I want you to zoom extremely far in on the bracelet on his right wrist (our left) and tell me what you see. If you see the same thing that I do, what are your thoughts on that? Are you comfortable supporting that? Combined with the fact that the Azov Battalion, an explicit neo-nazi group who has engaged in torture and war crimes, is an official unit of the National Guard of Ukraine, I just can't personally justify support of the Ukranian state, especially with the grotesque amount of funding and intel we're giving them.

I know this is an essay and a half and this is Reddit so feel free to pick and choose which parts you want to respond to, or not respond at all lol. Either way, thanks for the thoughtful reply.
