I'll probably get downvoted for saying this, but my advice would be to just watch the streaming content on youtube for the story.

The English-patched version you downloaded is trusted by the community, but you're still using an apk made by someone else that could totally decide to say 'screw it' and put a virus on it someday and steal everyone's infos, because they can.

Just because it is safe now doesn't mean anything, and the only thing you are losing by not playing it is the gameplay itself, which isn't anything to write home about being a mobile game.

I understand it might be more fun that way, also I don't want to allarm you needlessly, so if you want to play it it's up to you, just don't risk it if you're only interested in the story and watch it on youtube.
