When I pointed out the issue with Gibraltar lore of all the things I expected a nonsensical Gibraltar Syndicalist uprising which is a obvious and rather lazy parallelism to the Soviet Republic of Soldiers and Fortress-Builders of Naissaar being literally thrown into the lore without much regard for plausibility is something that took me completely by surprise. If anything it makes even less sense than what we had before and I am surprised to say it if this kind of stuff is what the dents in the lore will be filled with then maybe its better to leave it ambiguous. The lore shouldn't be changed like that it was done in the past and it resulted in the messy patchwork we have today which multiple devs have been trying to untangle for a long time and this just adds to the problem.
