How to improve my wheel in terms of wrists?

Thank you for your advice. To be honest, I can do it without the wall. It’s against the wall here for two reasons, cos my yoga blocks that help the wrist thing is in my kid’s room, second is that if I don’t do it against the wall, my bed will block the photo hahaha. I don’t also need the mat roll under me. For me, the wheel is to sort of check my shoulder and hip flexor stretching progress, and it really has moved on along quite well, the wheel for me used to have my arms extended quite far out, and I’m far closer to catching my leg in king pigeon than before. Anyway that aside, can you suggest any wrist extension (I think) exercises to help with it, or does it just come with shoulder mobility? So far, I don’t actually think it’s improved with my shoulder mobility. Thank you again.
