According to a Summary of Statistics document on the UAlberta website (that would could have Googled and found yourself in about the same amount of time as it took to write your post), the msg recent year they posted this doc (2010) there were 9 people total in the Stats & Applied Probabilities honours program. This is pretty consistent with BSc honours programs, the only ones with more than 10-20 people are Comp Sci, psych, and biology based ones (likely due to med hopefuls).

Most honours programs will be hard and require extra effort and commitment. If you can’t even take 2 minutes to find basic stats like this for yourself then maybe honours isn’t for you.
