If your smoking enough to restrict yourself to this standard of food than you should seriously rethink your life decisions. I know plenty of people who smoke who live on a generally higher standard of food than this, what I was saying (that you somehow missed and just put your two cents in) is that most people don't generally live on this standard of food so this photo is specifically designed to inflate your outrage and get a response, which it has obviously fooled you into doing by giving your half thought out passive agressive response in favour of anti-smoking although my comment had nothing to do with being anti anti-smoking it was just trying to point out the equivalency of cost.
