Wow so interesting! i’m also from socal but my experience and perspective is so different!

I would say there are a ton of people in SoCal who know a lot of groups outside of BTS, Twice, and SKZ. i’m from SoCal too and I feel like any time there’s a kpop group touring, they’ll always stop in LA and have decent ticket sales.

LA itself is insanely populated and I think has a healthy group of kpop multis that know and support smaller groups. Dreamcatcher, the Rose, OMEGA X, the Boyz, Eric Nam, etc.

In SoCal, the average kpop listener may not know all the smaller groups, but I would assume the average kpop listener knows NCT and Day6.
