How To Recognize A Great Anime (in just one episode) [Part 1]

That's not his style at all. He doesn't like reviews or analysis that are a synopsis of the show and a quick mention of a few key points. He likes to go in depth into the points and examples he presents, specially in longer videos or series.

If he had just said the first episode of Stein's;Gate had great tone supported by its visuals, clues about its true theme and subject, dialogue good at explaining the characters organically... he would just be voicing a list of unsupported assertions about the first episode. He has to exemplify and substantiate each point he makes, in order to not only to present a compelling argument but also an interesting narrative that stays with the viewer longer than just a list of bullet points.

You mention in another comment how he hasn't proven his thesis with this video. Which is true, but similarly, just don't prove your thesis in an essay with the introduction and the first paragraph of the body. This is the first video in a series the length of which we don't know—3 to 5 videos it seems judging by the amount of examples to go through.
