I'm in Canada but I know La Roche Posay is made/available in Europe, and by using a number of their products, it's how I keep blackheads and closed comodones away. As many others have suggested, Salicylic Acid is key here imo as well, and LRP has an excellent 2% SA toner that is extremely effective yet non irritating (just mentioning that since I have very sensitive skin). It's called Effaclar Astrigent Lotion Toner which is used after washing your face, then followed by any serum and/or moisturizer.

Also very important, if you are using any acids on your face, sunscreen is essential as your last step during the day, since it makes your skin more susceptible and sensitive to the sun.
