This buff won't happen. You people really don't understand this character do you? Not a single clown on this subreddit has the slightest idea how powerful Amp Cover really is, or what it's true design purpose is. I'm currently the only rampart in existence at the moment to understand Suppressive Fire, and holy shit is it broken. The community of apex has no idea what's coming it's way. Rampart has the ability to neutralize and straight up kill off the enemies offense with this, however the most frustrating part for me is knowing not a single teammate I've had could understand it. I could suppress an enemy team for 5 minutes and my teammates would never flank, Nade or push despite the enemy being locked down from moving, shooting, or peeking.
